Cattle Herd Preparation... Feb/March (2 nights accommodation)
Take your own horse and help gather the cattle from the "44" field to the winter field; this is a 1 -2 hour ride. Then, weather permitting, help clip the number brands on the cattle so each individual animal can be identified during the upcoming the calving season. As this package is dependent on weather, please call in the spring for more information.
$300/single ($225 each additional adult sharing same lodging)
Annual Branding (2 nights accommodation)
One of the biggest and busiest annual events on the ranch is the spring branding. Take your own horse and help gather the cows & calves; be a part of the traditional work involved in an old-fashioned ranch branding. Afterwards, enjoy a huge dinner with all the trimmings. Become part of the old west as you spend the day outdoors and visit with the Ranch neighbors and friends. A real memorable ranch experience.

After Branding ... mid-June (2 nights accommodation)
Bring your own horse and help gather cattle from the Windmill Field and move them to the north meadow. (Stay a bit longer and get in on the next stage, moving the herd to the S turn five days later.)

Heifer Drive... July 31-Aug 1 (2 nights accomm)
Bring your own horse and help move the SN heifers west to the Forestry Reserve.
$300/single ($225 each additional adult sharing same lodging)
Mid-August (2 nights accommodation)
Bring your own horse and help move the cow-calf pairs west to the Forestry Reserve.

Late Sept (2 nights accommodation)
Bring your own horse and help gather and move the heifers out of the Forestry Reserve and back to the home ranch for the winter...call for details.

Forestry Reserve Gather... Early October (4 nights accommodation)
Help gather the cow-calf pairs from the Forestry Reserve and move them home to the winter field... 2 day's bag lunch included. Recommended for experienced riders.

Romantic Getaways (2 nights accommodation)
For that special celebration where you want to enjoy some peace and quiet (away from the hustle & bustle) with that special someone - come, relax and enjoy. Includes wine or champagne, chocolate covered strawberries (in season)/ special chocolates or goodies and a cheese & cracker tray.
$450/couple
Calgary Stampede (3 nights accommodation)
Head to the Circle 6 in July during the world-renowned Calgary Stampede. This package includes a day at the Stampede complete with tickets for the afternoon rodeo and evening grandstand show; a day touring local attractions such as Historic Fort McLeod and Head-Smashed in Buffalo Jump as well as a full day at the Ranch.
$600/person ($450 each additional person)
Antique Tour/Shopping
In the quaint nearby town of Nanton visit "Antique Road". You'll have several Antique Stores to shop from to find that special antique you've been searching for. Includes Nanton shopping and a trip back to Claresholm for a stop at "Latte Das" for a cappuccino, mocha, chai tea or whatever your taste! Then head to the well-known Frontier Western Shop for all your Western needs - jeans, boots, hats, shirts, purses, western decor & household items as well as horse & riding gear.

Christmas Tree Holiday
During the Christmas season hunt for that ideal tree... once you've found it, take it home to the Ranch and decorate it. (decorations and lights supplied). Sing Christmas carols around the fireplace with the SN's singing cowboy and savor a cup of hot cocoa or eggnog and Christmas cookies.

Sleigh/Wagon Rides
Take a ride around the ranch in a horse-pulled sleigh or wagon (depending which season). Experience includes hot chocolate by the campfire/fireplace with the SN’s own singing cowboy.
