Take a stroll down the boardwalk and visit Sierra West’s ‘Cowtown’.  A modern replica of a one street frontier town.  The buildings consist of 3 seperate bunkhouses – the Vaquero, Maverick & Gambler.  A Cantina (cook house) for catering to events and larger groups of guests such as weddings, corporate, team building cattle drives, movie crews, bus tours and more.  Also, every frontier town had a saloon – so the Longhorn Saloon is an entertainment center/meeting house.
